Manta Network Responds to Allegations: Addressing Concerns and Fostering Growth

Manta Network (MANTA), a new launchpad project on Binance, addresses accusations of unauthorized selling and money laundering, primarily raised by the Korean community. Allegations suggested that Manta Korea BD Sumeley swiftly sold 2 million tokens upon listing, converting them into 2,094.7 ETH and transferring the funds to a personal address.

In response, Manta Network clarified that it allocated a portion of its Ecosystem/Community funds to Korea BD, following its token economic model. On January 18, 2024, the altcoin network allocated 3 million tokens from the 50 million unlocked Ecosystem Fund to foster the Korean ecosystem.

MANTA emphasized that these funds are intended for investments and community growth in Korea, supporting local developers and communities to enhance the altcoin’s presence in the region.

Despite the initial controversy, MANTA has experienced a successful launch, currently trading at $2.33 with a market value of around $500 million. Notably, major cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, Gateio, and HTX have listed this altcoin.
