pPOLY Pre-Access campaign is now live. Paimon Finance’s token became the first selected for PancakeSwap’s program.
The subscription opened on September 21 at $15.50 per token. Trading starts September 24.
Why the pPOLY Pre-Access campaign matters
Binance Wallet said the campaign runs for 72 hours. Specifically, it runs from September 21 at 9:00 a.m. UTC. It ends September 24 at 9:00 a.m. UTC. The campaign operates on BNB Smart Chain.
Claims, refunds, and trading begin when the subscription period ends.
The announcement identifies Paimon Finance as the token issuer. PancakeSwap provides the Pre-Access campaign. Binance Wallet gives eligible users access through its Keyless Wallet interface.
pPOLY opens PancakeSwap’s first Pre-Access campaign
PancakeSwap introduced Pre-Access on September 20. It is a time-limited subscription system. The system provides indirect tokenized exposure to private companies.
The first project was not named when the portal launched. One day later, PancakeSwap revealed pPOLY. It is issued by Paimon Finance.
Binance Wallet set the subscription price at $15.50. The total offering size is $4.8 million. That figure describes the amount offered through the campaign. It should not be treated as pPOLY’s market capitalization.
Paimon Finance operates a private-market tokenization platform. It covers private credit and private-company exposure. The product is presented as Paimon Polymarket SPV Token.
The campaign materials do not make pPOLY an official Polymarket token. No evidence shows that holding it places a buyer on Polymarket’s shareholder register.
Binance Wallet sets $100 minimum for subscriptions
Participation requires a Binance Keyless Wallet. Users can reach the campaign through the homepage banner. They can also use the Discover section.
Participants can deposit either U or USDC on BNB Chain. The minimum amount is $100 per deposit. A participant must select one of the two supported assets.
The allocation formula weighs Alpha Points tier. It also weighs bStocks on-chain activity tier. For bStocks, Binance measures holdings and trading activity. This covers the 15-day period from September 6 through September 20. Higher qualifying tiers can unlock larger quotas.
Users holding Alpha Points can subscribe without deduction. However, a subscription does not guarantee the full requested amount. Allocations remain subject to campaign rules and offering size.
Binance’s FAQ says oversubscribed campaigns can result in reduced allocations. They can also be prorated, rejected, delayed, or canceled.
pPOLY does not give holders Polymarket shares
The Pre-Access label requires a distinction from an IPO. Binance’s FAQ says these tokens provide contractual or synthetic exposure. They do not constitute direct ownership of underlying shares.
Holders do not automatically receive voting rights. They also do not receive dividend rights or governance rights. They have no direct legal claim against the referenced company.
Binance Wallet placed a similar warning in its announcement. It stated that Pre-Access tokens “do not represent equity or IPO rights.” It also cautioned that no future IPO or returns are guaranteed.
A future public listing would not automatically convert pPOLY into listed Polymarket stock. Binance’s terms say a Pre-Access token may trade separately after a target company goes public. It could trade at a premium or discount to listed shares.
Polymarket itself has been linked to capital-raising discussions. However, a financing round should not be confused with an IPO filing. Polymarket was reportedly pursuing approximately $1 billion at a $21 billion valuation. That was a private funding round.
No public registration statement establishing an imminent Polymarket IPO was identified. Therefore, Binance Wallet describes pPOLY as exposure ahead of a potential listing. It is not a confirmed IPO.
September 24 starts pPOLY claims and trading
The subscription window remains open for 72 hours. It ends at 9:00 a.m. UTC on September 24.
Three processes begin at that deadline. First, participants can claim their pPOLY allocations. Second, unallocated funds start being returned. Third, pPOLY trading opens.
No verified secondary-market price exists before trading begins. The $15.50 figure is the subscription price. Binance warns it can differ materially from any subsequent market value.
Liquidity depends on product terms and available third-party markets. Tokens may face transfer restrictions or lockups. Counterparty issues and regulatory requirements also apply.
Paimon’s legal disclosures state that its products have not been registered under the US Securities Act. They may not be offered in the United States unless an exemption is available.
Binance Wallet says it does not guarantee the campaign price or third-party performance. It also does not guarantee future liquidity or settlement. The pPOLY campaign closes at 9:00 a.m. UTC on September 24.
