XRP Price Holds Near $1.36 as ETFs Face Delay

Validating Performance: This complex data graphic captures the active retainment of the XRP price near $1.36, highlighting how high network utilization and holder resilience actively neutralized ETF filing delays and regulatory skepticism to drive institutional demand.

XRP price holds near $1.36 as Bitcoin hovered around $77,129. Ethereum held near $2,522. Meanwhile, the CLARITY Act remains a top priority.

Why XRP price holds near $1.36 matters

The CLARITY Act could establish a federal framework. It would oversee digital assets. Consequently, uncertainty about operating rules continues. It affects exchanges, issuers, and institutional investors.

Lawmakers face pressure to advance the measure. Nevertheless, political disagreements keep slowing progress.

XRP Covered Call ETF faces delay

Roundhill delayed its XRP Covered Call ETF. The effective date moved to October 11, 2026. The fund combines XRP exposure with an options strategy. This strategy produces income for traders.

Covered-call products trade upside potential for recurring premiums. Therefore, they appeal to income-oriented traders.

Listed Funds Trust also postponed its Teucrium 2x Short Daily XRP ETF. That date also moved to October 11. This leveraged inverse fund targets daily XRP depreciation. Its design contrasts with Roundhill’s income strategy.

The filings show Wall Street’s growing interest. Firms are building differentiated XRP strategies. They are moving beyond direct exposure. Delayed dates are not necessarily rejection. Both products remain under regulatory review. Investors await disclosures before the October launch.

XRP ETFs record zero daily inflows

XRP ETFs recorded no net inflows on September 11. SoSoValue data confirms this. Total net assets reached $1.45 billion. That equals 1.70% of XRP market cap.

The MACD histogram improved to 0.0024. The MACD line crossed above its signal line. Nevertheless, both lines remain below zero. Therefore, bearish momentum is not fully reversed.

The RSI rebounded to 48.12. XRP sits in neutral range. This justifies additional consolidation.

A confirmed close above $1.40 may open recovery. The next target would be $1.50. Clearing $1.50 could lead to $1.60. This requires higher volume and momentum.

However, rejection around $1.40 may push XRP back to $1.30. A breakdown could reveal $1.20.
