MicroStrategy Continues Bitcoin Acquisition Spree: Adds 3,000 BTC to Holdings

According to the latest updates, MicroStrategy recently acquired around 3,000 BTC between February 15 and February 25, spending roughly $155.4 million in cash at an average price of about $51,813 per Bitcoin.

MicroStrategy’s founder, Michael Saylor, shared on his X account that the company made this significant purchase, adding approximately 3,000 Bitcoins to their portfolio for a total of $155.4 million.

This acquisition brings MicroStrategy’s total Bitcoin holdings to 193,000 BTC.

In his announcement, Saylor stated, “MicroStrategy purchased an additional 3,000 BTC for approximately $155 million at an average price of $51,813 per Bitcoin. As of 02/25/2024, MicroStrategy currently holds 193,000 BTC purchased for approximately $6.09 billion at an average price of $31,544 per bitcoin.”
