Cardano CLARITY Act impact weighs heavily on ADA today. The price dropped 3.74% to $0.167 on July 24.
Founder Charles Hoskinson warns about Trump’s crypto ties. These ties may delay the bill’s passage.
Why Cardano CLARITY Act impact matters
Hoskinson revealed the debate has reduced to three points. These are crypto, Trump, and corruption.
Trump made $1.4 billion from crypto in 2025. This disclosure pushes Democratic senators away. “No progress can be made if crypto is partisan,” Hoskinson said.
Senator Elizabeth Warren wants full Trump crypto disclosure. She demands this before any Senate vote. White House ethics concessions are not enough, Democrats argue.
State Attorneys General should oversee President’s digital assets. The DoJ should not handle this alone.
ADA price tests ascending channel support
ADA moved within a rising channel since July 14. This suggested an uptrend for ten days.
Nevertheless, ADA now tests the lower boundary support. A close below this support would signal a downtrend. The price could drop to the psychological $0.15 level.

The RSI reading of 38 supports a bearish outlook. The RSI line creates a lower low on the 4-hour chart. Selling pressure is clearly rising.
The AO bars are red and negative. Bears are tightening their grip. This strengthens the bearish case for a move to $0.15.
Whales scoop 30M ADA after Van Rossem upgrade
Whales have scooped 30 million Cardano tokens recently. Analyst Ali Charts reported this accumulation.
The purchases came after the Van Rossem hard fork. This upgrade paves the way for Leios. Leios will make Cardano 60 times faster.
Nevertheless, Hoskinson warns about security concerns. He says blockchain networks must prevent hacks. Failure to do so could kill the industry within 15 years.
The Wanchain bridge hack recently hit Cardano. It links Cardano to BNB Chain. SecondFi protocol is also shutting down. It was hacked in June. This marks the third project shutdown on Cardano. TapTools and JPG Store also closed.
